CNC Deep Hole Honing Machine for Auto Parts Precision Processing

 Performance Features
    Suitable for honing and polishing of cylindrical deep-hole workpieces, such as various precision pipe fittings including hydraulic cylinders and pneumatic cylinders. Especially applicable to honing and polishing of workpieces with stepped holes. The machining accuracy can reach IT8-IT9 grade or higher, with the surface roughness up to Ra0.2-0.4μm. Local honing is adopted to correct taper, ovality and local bore diameter errors. It can directly perform high-power honing on cold-drawn steel pipes.
   

     This machine tool is equipped with SIEMENS or FANUC CNC system and AC servo motors, and the honing rod box features stepless speed regulation. High-precision linear motion guide rails from German ATLANTA are adopted for the reciprocating movement of the honing head to precisely control the honing position; the linear guide rails ensure long service life and high precision. The honing head adopts hydraulic fixed expansion to adjust the honing size, and the honing force of the abrasive sticks remains stable, which guarantees the roundness and cylindricity of workpieces. The honing pressure is adjustable with a low-pressure control setting, enabling the conversion between rough honing and finish honing.
