TK2250 Deep Hole Drilling & Boring Machine: Two machining processes for workpieces of different lengths (oil feeder + hydraulic clamping for short ones; rear-end oil supply of boring bar for long ones). Innovative spindle structure of oil feeder enhances load-bearing capacity and rotational accuracy. Double flat quenched guideways ensure high load-bearing, good guidance and wear resistance. Applied to boring/roller burnishing in machine tool, locomotive, shipbuilding etc., workpiece roughness reaches 0.4–0.8 μm.
