Performance Features

This machine tool draws on the technology of similar machines from South Korea's Mecmarine Co., Ltd. and is independently developed by our company. It is a new type of high-efficiency machine that can replace traditional deep hole drilling and boring machines. Equipped with a high-power configuration, the machine has strong rigidity, a wide range of processing processes, and extremely high processing efficiency, capable of machining various mechanical hydraulic cylinders, through holes and stepped holes of cylindrical workpieces.

The machine is mainly used for boring and rolling processing, adopting a processing method where the workpiece is fixed and the head rotates. During boring, it uses front oil supply from the middle of the boring bar and chip removal from the rear of the headstock. The boring bar can be adjusted in length. Rolling adopts rear-pull hydraulic rolling, applying the high-efficiency rolling head of South Korea's SRB. It can efficiently process hydraulic cylinders, changing the traditional process of rough boring, finish boring and honing for hydraulic cylinder processing, and its production efficiency is 5-6 times that of the traditional process
