TK2235 deep hole drilling and boring machine. According to the length of the workpiece, two processing techniques are selected for this product. The short workpiece is supplied with oil through an oil feeder and hydraulically clamped, while the long workpiece is supplied with oil through the end of the boring bar. The oil feeder adopts an innovative spindle structure, which greatly improves the load-bearing performance and higher rotation accuracy. The bed guide rail adopts suitable deep hole machining double flat guide rail, with high bearing capacity and good guiding performance. The guide rail has been quenched and has high wear resistance. It is suitable for boring and rolling processing in industries such as machine tool manufacturing, locomotives, ships, coal mining, hydraulic, power machine cores, and wind turbine cores, making the workpiece roughness reach 0.4-0.8 μ m. This series of deep hole boring machines can choose from the following working forms according to the workpiece situation: 1. Workpiece rotation, tool rotation, and feed motion. 2.
